We have put together some delectable suggestions to pair with your Thanksgiving Menu:

Sparkling Wine is a great way to bring a festive flair to your family gathering, a bottle of Biutiful Cava is the perfect way to kick off the day.  Take a cue from our brunch menu and throw in some apple cider with a cinnamon sugar rim for a Thanksgiving brunchtime beverage.

If you’re looking for the best general pairing wines, we recommend our Rose’ &  Abbinato!  These wines will pair best with a majority of popular Thanksgiving dishes.  These are your safe bets, sure to satisfy most palettes.

For the Turkey Lovers we suggest a fruit-forward, medium bodied wine with soft tannins and full mid-palate.  Potomac Point’s Abbinato would be a wonderful addition to your main course Turkey.

If a Honey baked ham in on the menu then he recommends La Belle Vie Rose’.  This wine has ripened fruit notes able to cut through the flavor of the ham and add a sweet and exotic taste.

Green bean casserole is an American tradition and a full bodied white that will bring weight to your palate with layers of tropical fruit is the perfect pairing;  we recommend Viognier.

Nearly any medium bodied red wine can stand up to the creaminess of mashed potatoes & gravy!  We recommend Potomac Point’s Merlot for an especially good pairing.

Thanksgiving isn’t complete without Pie!  PPW recommends our La Belle Vie White paired with Pumpkin Pie, and Petite Manseng paired with Cherry Pie!  Each of these sweet wines will hold up nicely to the sweetness of the pie while bringing out the rich flavors of the wine.

Heading outside for a after dinner bonfire?  Don’t forget your glass of grog.  Our mulled wine will warm you up with the perfect amount of holiday spices.

Not hosting Thanksgiving this year?  Don’t show up empty handed!  Pick-up one (or two) of our festive Thanksgiving labeled wine.  Available now in the tasting room.

Happy Thanksgiving!
