Job Description:
The Role: As our Venue Manager (Part-Time), you are the conductor of the “PPW Experience.” You’ll lead our talented events team in executing everything from romantic vineyard weddings to sophisticated corporate retreats.
What You’ll Do:

Curate the Vision: Lead site tours and craft tailored proposals that capture the unique needs of our clients.

Lead the Floor: Serve as the “Banquet Captain,” overseeing service flow and staff assignments to ensure a five-star guest experience.

Bridge the Details: Act as the primary liaison between our kitchen, vendors, and clients to ensure every Banquet Event Order (BEO) is executed flawlessly.

Expert Knowledge: Share your love of hospitality (and wine!) to guide clients through tastings and menu selections.
