Our very own, Skip Causey, will be hosting the second annual “Wine Exploration” class at University of Mary Washington!  This two-day course will develop your knowledge and confidence around all things wine including, taste, presentation and storage, tradition, Terroir, growing methods, and culminating in a sensory experience using the Aroma Wheel. The course is taught by wine experts from Potomac Point Winery and Vineyard.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Navigate a wine list
• Understand Terroir
• Experience a wine sensory class
