Banquet Sous Chef Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Banquet Chef who can partner with the Bistro Chef to make a dynamic culinary team. The main focus will be food preparation for our high-end private and in-house events. Must be able to match food quality and volume with beautiful presentation. Organized and can function in a high paced environment. Can develop Creative catering menus and adapt recipes with costing in mind. Able to transition over to work with our seasonal Bistro and Brunch menus. Professional communication skills required with a calm demeanor. The love of food and wine a must!
