Full Job Description

Acts as “The Face of the Club” representing the Winery. Responsible for the overall management of the various Wine club programs to grow and retain members. The position will rotate weekly through shifts as Manager on the Floor to ensure winery guest satisfaction. The rotating MOF supervises all the FOH staff working in both the Bistro and Tasting room during the rotation. Additional responsibilities is for the general Tasting Room operations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
