The winery is looking to fill their keystone position within our Le Grand Cru Bistro and Catering kitchen. Our full-service Bistro is designed to give our guests and wine club members a memorable food and wine experience. Our menu offers seasonal small plates; weekly chef specials and gourmet food and wine pairings. The banquet side boasts both plated and buffet dinners for weddings, corporate events, retirements and smaller intimate wine dinners. An awesome opportunity for an experienced Chef that has vision and business sense along with enthusiasm to lead our culinary team. Work with acclaimed wines and a creative management team in a gorgeous Mediterranean property. A unique opportunity to develop your own signature dishes and products for retail sale. No corporate hoops to jump through, just a good fit that will complete a well-rounded team. Compensation is based on experience and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
