Wine & Wellness is a fun and gentile introduction to basic breathing principles, pose alighments, meditation and relaxation. Yoga has the potential to influence every part of your being and help you to create a healthy body, calm mind and deeper connection to your soul or intuition.
Class includes Yoga & Wine Tasting. All ages and abilities are welcome (must be 21 to enjoy wine). Class will be hosted by Peace of Mind & Body Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat.
