On November 11th, Potomac Point Winery hosted a Wine vs. Wine Dinner!  This unique and memorable event was a spin-off of our Chef vs. Chef Celebrity Wine Dinner hosted in February.  We presented two of Virginia’s top winemakers to head off in a wine pairing competition!  Head Chef, Brandon Ingenito, developed a delectable four course Italian themed dinner to which our winemakers put their pairing skills to the test.  The best part was- our guests decided the winner!  Diners filled our secret voting ballots after each course to determine the champion of the evening.

Our award winning winemaker, David Pagan Castaño, took on the talented Mark Ward from Pearmund Cellars, Vint Hill Winery, and Effingham Winery.  Only the attendees knew the outcome, until now…
