Potomac Point winery is seeking an experienced hot side and cold side cook. The candidates will be responsible for the preparation and execution of each dish in their respective stations. The candidates will be responsible for weekly specials and from scratch cooking along with keeping the kitchen organized and detailed. Servsafe is a plus but not required. The ideal candidates will have a professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. Experience is a must for hot side.Tasting will be required.
