First Course

Lobster Bisque- Maine Lobster, Sherry Crème, Chives

Prosciutto Rose & Melon- Toasted Hazelnuts, Manchego, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pear Balsamic Reduction

Lasagnette- House Made Pasta, Saffron Citrus Butter, Pecorino Romano


Seared Scallops- Truffle Polenta, Oyster Mushroom, Trout Roe, Champagne Buerre Blanc

Long Island Duck Breast- Butternut Squash Puree, Asparagus, Port Wine Sauce

Braised Short Rib- Red Skin Mashed Potato, Braised Red Cabbage, Crispy Leeks, Au Jus
