This wine dinner will be unlike any other dining experience! Our very own Le Grand Cru Head Chef, Dean Hill, will take on Celebrity Chef Elise Wims “Diva Chef” from Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, Bravo’s Apres Ski, and NBC’s Food Fighters.
Each chef will develop a three-course small plates menu consisting of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Catch is, both chef’s must create each course to pair perfectly with a specific wine chosen by our head wine-maker, David Pagan Castaño.
The best part–YOU decide the winner! Diners will fill out a secret voting ballet after each course to determine the champion! The grand prize—bragging rights.
